NEW – Silent Thunder STX

The new Silent Thunder STX is the most concealable Silent Thunder belt holster (OWB) yet.

STX - Front STX - Back

Most belt holsters set the butt of the gun riding parallel with the belt and it works just fine – most of the time.

1911’s are easy to conceal because they’re relatively thin and flat in profile, but the butt is large and can sometimes “print.”

The STX is now available for 1911’s (others to come) and it does a magnificent job of hiding the butt.

How?

Silent Thunder STX rotates the butt inwards toward the body a bit while riding close to the body like a leather pancake holster.

Wow! The STX has me totally impressed! It conceals a full-size 1911 incredibly well and is comfortable to boot.

The STX has a fixed FBI cant and rides best between 3:30 and 4:30 for a RH shooter like me. It has two tension screws and it’s leather-lined like all Silent Thunder holsters.

If you like to carry a full-size 1911 – any 1911 – on your belt, you may have just found your holster.
