About William T.Tucker

Why buy a holster from me?

#1 – Each holster is made one at a time by me from start to finish, using leather that sets the standard by which the industry is graded.

#2 – The holsters work and are built to be used. I would never ship any item that I would not use myself.

#3 – I have the experience building the holsters and being on the frontline using them. That’s 30 plus years building them and 15 years as a police officer.

William T. Tucker learned his craft from a master saddle-maker in Wyoming over 30 years ago.

What this means to you is your holster is hand-made by one man grounded in a proud tradition of the old west.

If you could see the care he puts into your leather you’d immediately understand why it turns out so well.

Tucker’s a native Texan, a veteran, former law enforcement, former hunting outfitter and now a full time craftsman. He is a Lifetime Member of the NRA. Many call him an artist. Most say he makes the best damn holsters, belts and clips — period.

Tucker’s designs are his own and truly unique. He buys his leather from Hermann Oak, the finest domestic vegetable-tanned leather available to make your very special holster. His special tools have taken years to acquire.

Because of this, you will feel as good about your purchase ten years from now as you do today.

I know that’s true because there is one customer we know who is still using his Tucker holster bought in 1982 and has used it almost daily since then.

About Your Authorized Dealer – Rob Longenecker

Rob Longenecker is a veteran of business and military. Hes an accomplished former Naval Aviator and an experienced entrepreneur having spent over thirty years working with large and medium-sized organizations, with twelve years as a successful small business owner.

As a former Naval Aviator and flight instructor with over 2,000 flight hours and 300 carrier landings, Rob taught formation and aerobatics and later served aboard the USS John F. Kennedy with VA-72 as an attack pilot.

Rob has also started and managed several successful small businesses including an office supply business and two internet-based companies. One of these businesses sells custom leather products throughout the U.S., Europe and the Pacific Rim.

Rob had the good fortune to have Col. Jeff Cooper as a personal trainer. This lead immediately to an interest in self-defense and competitive shooting. During the 1980’s Rob lived in the countryside outside of Houston and had his own 50-yard shooting range for practice.

He shot at least two IPSC/USPSA matches a week for many years, competing in local, regional and national matches. Rob went to the USPSA Nationals 4 times. Rob has a Lifetime Membership in the NRA. (So does Tucker).

Rob and Tucker taught shooting/self-defense classes in Houston, TX in the mid 1980’s. One young lady saved her life using what she learned from Rob and Tucker, and her attacker is now taking a “dirt nap.”

Rob and Tucker have been friends for over 29 years and enjoy their working relationship. Their relative skills work well together since Rob doesn’t make holsters well, but is known for his responsive customer service and for doing what he says he’ll do. Tucker on the other hand, prefers to make holsters and talk on the phone as little as possible.
