  • About William T. Tucker

Why buy a holster from me?

#1 - Each holster is made one at a time by me from start to finish, using leather that sets the standard that the industry is graded by

#2 - The holsters work and are built to be used. I would never ship any item that I would not use myself.

#3 - I have the experience building the holsters and being on the frontline using them. That’s 30 plus years building them and 15 years as a police officer.

William T. Tucker learned his craft from a master saddle-maker in Wyoming over 30 years ago.

What this means to you is your holster is hand-made by one man grounded in a proud tradition of the old west.

If you could see the care he puts into your leather you’d immediately understand why it turns out so well.

Tucker’s a native Texan, a veteran, former law enforcement, former hunting outfitter and now a full time craftsman. Many call him an artist. Most say he makes the best damn holsters, belts and clips — period.

Tucker’s designs are his own and truly unique. He buys his leather from Hermann Oak, the finest domestic vegetable-tanned leather available to make your very special holster. His special tools have taken years to acquire.

Because of this, you will feel as good about your purchase ten years from now as you do today.

I know that’s true because there is one customer we know who is still using his Tucker holster bought in 1982 and has used it almost daily since then.
