If you’re a shooter, I’ll bet you love cowboys, especially the old-timey movie and TV cowboys like Roy, Gene and Hoppy.

Some of you might have been totin’ a pair of cap-shootin’ six-guns and wearing a big-brimmed hat when you were a youngster. I sure did.

Hoppy was my favorite (yes I’m approaching official geezer age), but no matter who was your favorite, I’ll bet you’ll enjoy a visit to a great website that pays homage to these heroes of yesteryear.
It’s called “The Old Corral.”

Why Does Homeland Security Need 1.4 Million Round of Ammunition

In 2008, President Obama said, “We cannot continue to rely on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we’ve set. We’ve got to have a civilian national security force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded.”

The Department of Homeland Security has purchased 1.4 Million round of ammunition in the last six month. Questions about it go unanswered.  It has my attention. Yours, too?
