Wanna be the first to know?

Posted by Rob Longenecker on 30th September 2008

IWB lead times are shrinking.

We used to be at 4 months lead time for IWB’s; now we’re approaching 2 months lead time. That means Cover Up, Texas Heritage and Answer IWB’s.

Silent Thunder, leather-lined kydex and Easy Reach kydex are 2-3 weeks now.

What’s new? I suggest you sign up for the newsletter now because we’ll be making new product announcements in the next few weeks.

Got a Surefire light? You’ll want to know what’s coming for that.

Looking for a great inexpensive holster that is worth twice the price? We’ll be announcing that in the next week or two.

Looking for tactical gear? You ain’t seen nuthin’ yet. Look for new tactical products soon.

Hurricane Ike really messed us up.

Posted by Rob Longenecker on 26th September 2008

Two weeks after Ike and I’m one of 400,000 people in Houston without power. I’m posting this using my iPhone.

If you were told your order would ship on Monday, the 15th, it will now ship next Monday, Sept. 29th.

Tucker has power at the shop and is hard at work so we will be shipping a boatload of orders this time.

If you sent me an email and did not get a response, I apologize. Blame Ike.

Thanks for sticking with us; we’re almost back to normal.

Watch us get wet! Hurricane IKE.

Posted by Rob Longenecker on 12th September 2008

Hurricane Ike is heading for Houston and we’re going to be in the middle of it. Most likely we’ll have a complete power outage – maybe for a week or two.

That means no communication. No internet, no cell phone, maybe no phone of any kind. We’ll see. The online store will work OK, but we may not be able to access the orders for a little while.

Shipping will be suspended as well.

Here’s a very good website to track the storm. Note: You can zoom in with controls at the upper left or show forecast tracks at upper right. There are many features on the site that will show windspeeds and other info. Check it out.

Wish us luck.
