    The Character of John McCain

Posted by Rob Longenecker on 30th June 2008

As a former Naval Aviator, I have a certain understanding of John McCain’s background. I certainly disagree with him on issues like immigration and drilling in ANWR. I do appreciate his character to the extent I’m familiar with it.

This article gave me more information on John McCain and more reasons to appreciate his personal values. I recommend you read it.

    Silent Thunder review at M1911.org

Posted by Rob Longenecker on 20th June 2008

Here’s a nice long and detailed review of Tucker’s Silent Thunder leather-lined kydex holsters as posted on M1911.org.  It’s raining orders for Silent Thunder over here and this article gives a few good reasons why.

The feel of the the specially-treated slick leather will have you sitting in front of the TV practicing your draw over and over and over. It just feels that good. (Be sure to unload and leave your ammo in the other room.)

Global Warming Hysteria is Factor in High Gas Cost.

Posted by Rob Longenecker on 13th June 2008

John Coleman, founder of The Weather Channel, has more credibility than Al Gore and has 31,000 scientists backing him when he says, “Global Warming caused by humans is not supportable by the facts.”

Why should you care? The Global Warming Scam is one of the reasons behind $4.34/gallon gasoline.

Tucker’s Texas Heritage IWB - more popular than ever

Posted by Rob Longenecker on 12th June 2008

I’m amazed at how many new customers are still discovering the Tucker Texas Heritage

Tucker’s Answer IWB gets most of the publicity, but people just love their Texas Heritage IWB’s. It’s just so dang comfortable and it’s all premium Hermann Oak cowhide.

    He knew right away.

Posted by Rob Longenecker on 9th June 2008

What would prompt a guy to write a review of a new IWB holster only an hour after he got it in the mail? Usually, people like to wait to form an opinion. This guy received his Tucker Gunleather Answer and knew right away what he had in his hands.

He could appreciate the quality and workmanship but when he put it on, it surprised him how well the holster worked, even without any break-in.

     Here’s his review.

Have you got your Answer yet or are you still filling up your holster drawer?
